Cook stew beef in slow cooker until tender.
In a large pot, add a small amount of oil and
sautee the onions until carmelized (be sure to
salt them), set to the side.
In the same pot, add a bit more oil and sautee
mushrooms.
Toss in the onions, beef, garlic, soy sauce,
pepper, beef stock and simmer on low for about
20 mins.
add the cream and fresh parsley and simmer a
little longer.
