1 (20 oz) can Pineapple Tidbits, drained w/ juice reserved
2 tbsp Cornstarch
1/4 cup Water
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, cook chicken thighs until evenly browned on all sides. Place in slow cooker.
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ketchup, ginger, garlic and pineapple juice. Pour into slow cooker.
Cover and cook on high for 4 hours. Stir in pineapple tidbits just before serving.
Mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl, remove thighs from slow cooker. Blend the cornstarch mixture into the remaining sauce in slow cooker to thicken. Serve sauce over chicken.
