soak tamarind in hot water. strain it and keep
aside.Mix the tamarind extract,seedless dates along
with 1/2 cup of water and boil in low flame for 5
minutes to get rid off the raw smell.
Then add grated jaggery and allow the jaggery to get
dissolved and boil.Then add red chilly pwd, cumin
pwd and stir.
Turn off flame, once the chutney attains thick
consistency and sprinkle chat masala pwd. Allow to
cool, grind into paste and transfer to a dry, clean
jar.
