In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together honey, soy
sauce, lime juice, vegetable oil, sesame oil, and cooked
chicken. Cook for 10 minutes to let flavors infuse the cooked
chicken, then add cabbage mix and cook another 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and allow to cool. Place egg roll wrappers
on a baking sheet and fill each wrapper with 2 Tablespoons
of chicken and cabbage mix. Roll up tightly and place on
greased baking pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or
until golden brown.
FREEZER RECIPE-
