Beat 4 eggs and pour into a 9x13 pan. Add chicken chunks. Make sure they are all coated. Cover and put in the refrigerator over night.

Pour some Italian seasoned bread crumbs into a bowl for rolling chicken chunks in to coat. After coating the chunks, place in a frying pan with hot oil(1/2 inch in bottom of frying pan). Fry chunks until lightly browned.

Place chunks on a scott towel to soak up extra grease. Place fried chicken into a clean 9x13 pan. (Chicken can be frozen at this point to use later)

Mix chicken broth and grape juice together. Pour over chicken. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake chicken for 30-45 mins. Take chicken out of the oven with about 5 mins. left and lay provolone cheese on top. Bake for the remaining time.
