1 lb. bacon, thick sliced chopped into small pieces
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 red bell pepper, choped
1 orange bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. course ground pepper
1 jalapeno, chopped
1 1/2 white onion, chopped
1 tsp season salt
1 tsp salt
Instructions
Rinse, sort and soak beans overnight. Mix all
ingredients together and cook until beans are desired
doneness.
To can, cook all ingredients together for about 1
hours, then put in quart jars and pressure cook for
75 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
