Combine eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin, baking soda, and cinnamon. Mix well. Slowly add flour. Grease a jelly roll pan and line with wax paper and grease wax paper.

Spread cake mixture evenly and bake at 375 for 12 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile sprinkle powered sugar on clean lint free towel.

Remove cake from oven and immediately flip onto prepared towel. Roll up from short end and allow to cool.

Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter and vanilla until smooth. When cake is cooled unroll and spread filling evenly. Reroll and you are done! Freezes well.
