Preparation-
Boil pasta in a large pot with salted water according to
package directions.
In the meantime, in a medium size skillet on medium heat
sauté 4 of the crushed garlic and cilantro with the olive oil on
the skillet for 1 minute not more. Remove from heat and set
aside in a small dish.
Pour the yogurt in a small bowl and mix in the 1 crushed raw
garlic and mix well.
Sauté the pine nuts in salted butter in a small skillet on low
heat till nuts turn a broke color (not more than a couple of
minutes) and remove immediately and set aside.
once the pasta is cooked al dente, staring from water saving 1
cup of the pasta water and place in a large bowl. mix in the
sautéed garlic-cilantro mixture and mix well. Add the yogurt
and mix thoroughly. If you like the yogurt sauce to be
thinner,you can add some of the pasta water to the sauce.
Sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts.
