1) Preheat oven to 180C
2) Place 2 finely chopped pieces of rosemary on baking paper,
along with salt, oil and pepper
3) Roll fish in baking paper to coat with seasoning
4) Place bacon on chopping board and place cod on top
5) Top fish and bacon with olive oil and rosemary
6) Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15-20 mins
7) Serve with greens and new potatoes (boiled then finished off
in the oven - squashed with black pepper, sea salt and paprika)
