Cream butter, sugar, eggs, and milk. Add flour, salt, baking powder mix well. Flour surface, roll out dough 1/4 at a time to 3/8 inch thickness. Cut with cookie cutters. Cook 10 minutes until lightly done. They WILL NOT BROWN. Frost when cooled.
