1. Lightly coat a 9 inch square microwave safe baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Gently toss fruit together with juice and lemon peel, and place in baking dish; sprinkle fruit lightly with spices and top with granola.
3. Cook on high, uncovered, for 8 to 10 minutes or until fruit is tender and bubbling. Allow to cool a bit before serving.
