Preheat oven to 450F. Cut cauliflower into 3/4
inch slices and toss with 2 tbls olive oil and 1/2
tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper. Roast in oven 25
minutes until golden.
Mince and mash garlic to paste with a pinch of
salt the whisk together with lemon juice, 2 tsp
oil, olives, 1/8 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Serve
cauliflower drizzled with the kalamata
vinaigrette.
