Melt butter over low heat, combine crumbs, white
chocolate, and sugar until well blended. Press
mixture over the bottom of an ungreased 10 spring
form pan.
With mixer combine cream cheese, and sugar beat 2
minutes until soft. Add Cassis and salt. Blend
thoroughly. Add eggs one at a time, keeping mixer
at lowers speed to prevent too much air form
getting into the batter. Add shaved white
chocolate and fold on lowers speed. Pour into
crust and bake 40 minutes in a preheated 350F
oven.
