To water, add bouillon and bay leaves. Peel and
finely dice one of the potatoes and one of the
onions. Add to pot and boil vigorously 30 mins. or
until potato is disolved. Stir occasionally.

Slice the other potato into bite-sized pieces
(leave the peel on). Prep the other veggies and
add to pot. Reduce heat and boil about 15 minutes
or until potato is tender. Stir often.

Remove from heat and stir in milk, butter, and
spices. Serve.
