Melt butter. Add onion and celery. Cook till nearly done, about 10
minutes. Add spices. Stir well. For dry stuffing, add little or no
liquid. For moist stuffing, add just enough hot water or broth to
moisten dry bread crumbs.
Bake in casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
