Boil chicken breast 20-25 minutes. Remove meat from bone and
chop. Mix chicken meat, soup, sour cream, chiles and olives
together. (I use flour tortillas and I use it right from the package,
but the recipe uses corn tortillas and they said to fry them to
warm)Spread thin layer of creamed mixture down the middle of the
tortilla (reserve some for the topping)and sprinkle with cheese and
onion (reserve some cheese for topping). Roll up tortilla and place
seam side down in prepared pan. Pour the remaining cream
mixture, cheese, chiles and olives on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350
degrees.
