Cut beef steaks lengthwise in half and then crosswise into 1 in wide strips. Combine marinade ingredients, add beef, tossing to coat. cover and marinade in fridge for 10 min. Meanwhile cook pasta according to package directions.
Remove beef from marinade; reserve marinade. Heat large non stick wok skillet over medium-high heat. Add beef (half at a time)and stir-fry until no longer pink. Then remove beef.
In same skillet, combine pasta,spinach,green onions,peppers, and reserved marinade. Cook until spinach is wilted and mixture is heated through. Then return beef to skillet stirring occasionally.
