1 large bunch of cilantro leaves and tender stems , cleaned and coarsely chopped
1/2 serrano chili stemmed and seeded
1 t salt
2 T buttermilk, plus more for desired consistancy
3/4 c lightly toasted and coarsely chopped pecans
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except for pecans in food processor
and process until smooth.
Add pecans and pulse a few times to combine and grind
pecans into small pieces for texture,
Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving
