Slow cook 1 hour 1 gallon figs peeled and chopped

5 c sugar 1 c Karo light or dark syrup
|
|
add 2 medium cans crushed pineapple
|
|
cook 1 hour or until thick
|
|
add 2 c chopped pecan
|
|
cook 10 to 15 minutes
|
|
pack in hot sterile jars good on ice cream, toast or ham
