in blender puree mango, cilantro, Tabasco, coconut milk,
onion, ginger, garlic, lime juice, lime zest, salt and pepper
together. Reserve half the marinade mixture to use as sauce
later.
Place chicken in plastic bag and marinade for 6-8 hours with
mango mixture.
Grill both sides of chicken then bake for 20 minutes covered
and then 5 minutes uncovered, Pour reserved sauce over
chicken and serve
