Open the can of biscuits and cut each one into
four equal pieces. Place the cut pieces of
uncooked biscuit into a mixing bowl and add the
melted butter, the parsley flakes and the garlic
powder. Toss thoroughly making sure the mixture
covers all the biscuit pieces.
Coat an 8-inch-by-8-inch baking tray with cooking
spray. Add the two cans of chili beans and the six
hot dogs cut into bite size pieces. Layer on the
shredded cheddar cheese and top off with the
biscuit pieces.
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 375
degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
When cooked the wonderful gooey chili-cheese
combination will be topped off by a layer of
perfectly browned biscuits.
