Heat oven to 350.
Roll out puff pastry. Cut in half.
Remove rind from Brie. Cut in 1/4 inch slices. Leaving peel on
the peaches (or substitute apriciots) cut in 1/4 inch slices.
Lay Brie and peaches on one half the puff pastry. Drizzle with
honey. Cover with other half puff pastry. Lay additional brie
and peaches leaving small spaces between cheese and peach
pieces. Drizzle with honey. Make small cuts at the edges of
puff pastry. Bake 12 minutes.
