Instructions
Remove leaves and separate the florets from the stalk of cauliflower. In food processor, pulse until it resembles smallish grains of rice.
Heat 1 Tbsp sesame oil in large skillet over medium low heat. Add the garlic and stir fry until fragrant about 5 minutes. Add cauliflower, vegetables, scrambled eggs, meat and remaining oil. Stir fry quickly to cook the cauliflower to a soft (but not mushy) texture.
Stir in the soy sauce and green onions and serve.
