Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Soak Flaxseed in water.
Whisk together the oats,flour, brewers yeast,baking soda, cinnamon and salt.

In a large bowl beat the coconut oil until creamy. Add sugar and beat medium to high until fluffy (4-5 minutes). Add eggs, vanilla and flaxseed.
|
|
|
Gradually add dry ingredients, beating on low speed until combined. Stir in choc chips.
|
|
|
Scoop the dough into 1 inch rounds and place on baking sheet about two inches apart.
Bake for 10-15 minutes or until bottoms are just golden. Cool on tray
