In a dutch oven, heat the oil and cook the
onion until translucent. Add the garlic, and
cook for 30 seconds. Add the ground beef and
brown. Add the pasta sauce and seasonings-
bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20-
30 minutes. Test for seasoning, and adjust as
necessary.
Cook the pasta, al dente and drain.
In each of the 4 pans, layer ingredients in order-
pasta, provolone, mozzarella, meat sauce, sour
cream. Repeat the steps as above finish with
parmesan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes or until
it bubbles around the top and sides.
To freeze cool completely, and top with foil.
Wrap with plastic wrap. Thaw and bake at 350
for 45 minutes or until bubbly around the top
and sides.
