Optional- Sprinkle of 'Summer Savory' or Chumbrika
Bread Crumbs - use to help consistency
Flour to coat burgers before frying
Crisco (not oil)
SAUCE-
(4) Large Onions
1/2 can of 29 oz Tomato Sauce
Optional- Bukofka aka pepper seeds
1 1/2 stick Butter
Water
Instructions
Combine burger mixture and add bread crumbs to get
right consistency. Make meatballs out of meat mixture
and smash each meatball into the flour to make a
hamburger patty. Place in hot crisco in skillet and
fry both sides. When done place aside in baking dish.
SAUCE-
Slice thinly (4) Huge sweet onions. Saute onions in
melted butter (1 1/2 stick) till onions are soft.
Salt, Pepper, add 1/2 large can tomato sauce and cook
well. Add pepper seeds to spice up. Then add water
& let cook. Spoon over burgers.
If sauce is too dry, add more water.

Serve warm on a bun
