Crust-
Cut softened butter into flour and sugar. Spread with fingers bring dough up sides in a greased
13x9 1/2 pan. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes until lightly browned.
Filling-
Beat eggs until creamy. Fold in sugar, flour, and lemon juice and lemon rind over slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
Cut in squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar before cool.
