1. Slice your chicken breasts 5 times at a slight angle, without cutting all the way through to the board. Stuff each slice with mozzarella and tomato, alternating as you go. Stuff a small basil leaf in each also. Grab a baking dish, pour in the cream, then chuck in the parmesan and the pesto. Lay your filled chicken breasts down on top of the sauce, season everything well then throw in the over for 40 minutes at 400 degrees F, or until cooked through, bubbling and awesome
