Cut pork in 1-inch squares. Brown pork in oil,
stirring frequently until cooked. Combine brown
gravy mix, water, honey, soy sauce, vinegar,
ginger, and garlic powder. Add to skillet.
Cover and cook 20 minutes. Add carrots and
onions. Cook 10 minutes. Add peppers and cook
5-10 minutes. Serve with rice.
