In a gallon ziplock baggie, add crackers, parmesan cheese, parsley,
paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Crush and mix
into a powder-like coating.

Put chicken, one at a time, into butter and make sure chicken has
been coated in the butter. Take chicken from butter and place into
bag. Shake to make sure chicken has been evenly coated. Place in
greased, 9x13 pan.
