Preheat over to 350.
While oven preheats, put zucchini through
spiralizer (or slice spaghetthi squash in half
and remove inards with fork), and wrap green
beans in foil with vinegar, salt, pepper, and
garlic.
Once oven is done preheating, place the foil-
wrapped green beans into the oven, and if
adding meat, cook meat in pan with salt, pepper
and a pinch of olive oil, strain grease from
meat, and set meat aside.
Next, preheat a pan with 2 tabelspoons of olive
oil on medium-high and add in zucchini or
spaghetti squash. Season with salt and pepper.
After ~3 minutes, add sauce and meat to pan of
veggie pasta, and stir for another 3-5 minutes
until veggies are cooked through and everything
is thoroughly warmed.
Once green beans have been in the oven for ~15
minutes, check them and remove when green beans
appear to be bright green.
Plate pasta and green beans, and sprinkle with basil.
