Mix ingredients in order. Bake at 375 degrees for
20-30 minutes. Let cake cool.

8 oz cream cheese
8 oz Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
Mix together, and spread on cool cake.

|
1 package (large) chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
Mix and save 1/3 cup pudding. Spread over cream
cheese layer.

|
1/3 cup pudding mix
12 oz Cool Whip
Mix together and spread over pudding layer.
Grate 1 Hershey chocolate bar and sprinkle on
top.
