1. Wash off and prick potato with a fork.

|
2. Microwave on High 4 minutes, turning once halfway through.
|
|
|
3. Halve potato lengthwise then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
|
|
|
4. Microwave for 20 seconds or until cheese melts. Top with sour cream and bacon bits then serve.
