1 head iceberg lettuce, cored, soaked in water, pulled apart
Instructions
Heat up small pan on medium heat and add walnuts,
stiring to toast. Cool and chop nuts
In large skillet, heat oil and brown turkey. Add
spice and mix well.
To meat add carrots, chestnuts, onions and cook
til tender.
Season with soy sauce and wine or water and stir
well. Add walnuts and heat a few minutes more.
Separate lettuce leaves whole and serve with
additional soy sauce for dipping.
