Set oven to 325
In large skillet saute onions in butter til tender
In large mixing bowl combine frozen hashbrowns,
1/2 cup cooled melted butter, season salt, pepper,
chicken soup, onions, sour cream and grated
cheese. Stir til combined and scoop into 9x13
glass pan.
TOPPING-
Melt 1/4 cup butter and combine with 2 Cups
cornflake crumbs. Spoon over the top of the
potatoes and spread to the edges.
Bake uncovered for 45-60 min until hot and bubbley
and heated through. Test in the center.
