You'll totally impress your guests when they think they're
reaching for a beach ball snow cone and take a bite out of a
yummy cupcake instead! To start, make the cupcakes as
directed on the box or buy premade ones.
While the cupcakes are baking, divide the sprinkles onto three
plates. When the cupcakes are cooled, use a knife to put a
nice, round layer of frosting on top of the cupcakes. You'll want
it to be almost an inch thick so that it gives off the illusion of a
snow cone.
Starting with the red sprinkles, dip a third of your cupcake into it
and roll it around, next do the same with the blue on the other
side. Lastly, dunk your cupcake into the yellow down the
middle. It's OK to pat the sprinkles to make them stick to the
frosting - just make sure your hands are clean. Put them in the
foam cups and they're ready to serve up to your pals.

Scatter some shells on the counter and place the cupcakes on top of them to give off a cool, beachy vibe. Add some mini spoons if you'd like!
