1) Prepare the yogurt coating by mixing the greek yogurt and honey
in a bowl. Because the honey is to taste, add as much or as little as
desired.
2) Slice bananas into pieces about 1/2 an inch thick and completely
coat each banana slice in the yogurt and honey mixture. Once
coated, place each banana slice onto a baking sheet lined with
parchment paper.
3) Add desired toppings, such as rainbow sprinkles, to the banana
slices before placing the baking sheets into the freezer for at least
one hour or until completely frozen.
