1 yellow cake mix
1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
1 jar caramel sauce (ice cream topping)
1 container cool whip
Heath bits

Prepare cake as directed. While still hot from the oven use the handle of a wooden spoon to poke holes in the cake all over at 1 inch intervals
Pour condensed milk into holes and all over cake. Heat the caramel sauce so it is pourable and put over cake as well.
Let cool for a few minutes and then place cake in the fridge to chill. If cake pan is still hot set on a hot pad on the glass shelf so it doesn't crack.
When completely chilled, remove from fridge and top with Cool Whip and crushed Heath pieces before serving.
