Brown pork in skillet until cooked, add onion and salt/pepper to taste, drain. Melt butter under medium. Add flour and stir. Add milk gradually, stirring constantly (will thicken slowly). Add salt and pepper. Reduce heat, cook 3 min. longer (get to medium consistency). Put pie crust in bottom, then meat mixture, put crust on top, tighten around pie tin using fork. Use knife to puncture slits in top. Bake at 375 for 1 hr (crust should be golden brown).
