1. Dice onions and sauté with garlic then add carrots and sauté .
2. Add the rinsed and chopped kale to pot and sauté until it has wilted.
3. Chop chicken and add to pot with broth, nutmeg, basil, pepper, and red pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then add gnocchi.
5. Cook until they are light and tender.
