1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. In a bowl, stir together cooked beef and chopped bacon.
3. Add beans, brown sugar, and BBQ sauce.
4. Pour into a casserole dish. Cover and bake 45 minutes until bubbly and warmed through.
