1 cup zucchinni, cubed

1 cup bell pepper, diced

1 jar pasta shop marinara sauce

Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions |

|
Heat a dutch oven over medium heat, add olive oil
and then onion and garlic.

Once onions are translucent, add eggplant and
spices and cook 10-15 mins.

Add remaining ingredients and simmer another 10
mins
