Peel and finely chop the onions. Pour some olive
oil in a deep saucepan (i usually use a wok), heat
the oil and fry the onions until transparent.
Add the mince and fry until the mince is brown and
crumbly.
Now add the wine, Worcester sauce, spices,
tomatoes, squeezed/finely chopped garlic, tabasco,
honey and tomato puree. Mix together and simmer
for at least an hour, stirring the mixture every
so often.

Once your spaghetti is cooked, drain the water by
placing the spaghetti into a colander.
Rinse the pan out in which you boiled the
spaghetti and place back onto the hob.
Add some butter and mixed herbs to the pan and
fuse together, add the spaghetti and stir. Once
spaghetti is heated and mixed properly, it is
ready to plate up.
Grate some cheddar cheese to garnish with.
