Spread aluminum foil in large shallow baking dish.
Season ribs with favorite rub or Montreal Steak
seasoning on all sides. Place ribs meat down in
foil. Seal foil. Let sit a couple hours or
overnight.

|
Bake at 225 oven 3.5 for baby backs 4 hours for
St. Louis.
|
|
|
Drain off drippings and flip meat side up. Brush
on BBQ sauce and bake uncovered 20 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve with more BBQ or favorite marinade.
