Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 3x3 pan.

In medium bowl, mix crust ingredients until they are crumb-like. Press
evenly into bottom of pan. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes or until golden
brown. DO NOT OVER BAKE.

In a separate medium bowl, beat filling ingredients until smooth. Pour
filling mixture over warm crust. Return pan to oven, bake for
additional 25 minutes, or until filling is set. Cool completely.

|
In small bowl, beat butter and powdered sugar until blended. Add
remaining frosting ingredients, beat until well blended. Spread
frosting over filling. Cut into 16 pieces. Serve chilled or at room
temperature.
