Layer 1 - Mix sugar, 1 stick butter, 4 eggs,
Hershey's syrup, 1 cup flour, baking powder. Bake
at 350 degrees on greased jelly roll pan for 25
minutes. Refrigerate 20 min. or until cool.
Layer 2 -Mix 1 stick butter, powdered sugar, 2
tbsp. milk, peppermint extract and green food
color. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate
for 20 minutes.
Layer 3 - Melt 1 stick butter and 6 oz. chocolate
chips until melted. Pour over layer 2 and
refrigerate for a while.
