Cut round steak into serving pieces. Beat eggs.
Mix together rest of ingredients. Dip steak into
eggs then bread crumb mixture. Fry in hot oil for
2 to 3 minutes each side until brown. Put in
casserole dish and cover.
Bake at 325 degrees for 1-1/2 hours till done.
Watch closely so it doesn't go dry, add a little
water if necessary.
