1-1/2 lbs. Italian sausage cut into 1/2 inch pieces
1 (32 oz.) jar Ragu sauce
1 can (1 lb.) boiled onions (drained and halved
2-1/2 cups slide fresh mushrooms (optional)
salt and pepper to taste
1 pkg. (16 oz.) Ziti noodles cooked and drained
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Brown sausage, drain fat. Add sauce, onions and
mushrooms and simmer for 5 minutes.
Put cooked Ziti in bottom of 13.9 pan. Pour
hamburger mixture over ziti and top with cheese.
Cover with foil and back at 350 degrees for 20
minutes. Uncover and back for 10 minutes more
until bubbly.
