Oven 450 degrees.
Butter 4 ramekin dishes and dust with flour.
Put Chocolate and butter in the top of a double boiler. Saucepan
works as well on low heat. Heat until just melted.

Beat egg, egg yolks and sugar until thick and pale yellow. It takes
awhile for it to thicken. Whisk butter and chocolate mixture and flour into egg
and sugar mixture until combined.

Pour into ramekin dishes and place on a baking sheet for 6 to 7
minutes. Centre of cake will be very soft. Do not over cook it as it
gets dry.
