Remove stems from mushrooms and finely chop. Place stems and onion in a 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes. Add cream and mash and mix well. Stir in bread crumbs and bacon.
Divide stuffing among mushroom caps, mounding slightly. Arrange stuffed caps on a microwave-safe plate and cook on High for 3-4 minutes, rotating plate 1/2 turn after 2 minutes.
